• In April, 2000 Iberia Regional/Air Nostrum signed a contract with the Canadian Bombardier to acquire 44 aircraft, 29 Dash 8-300s and 15 CRJ-200, the largest order for turbo-prop and jet aircraft ever made by an airline. The contract also included two simulator for training the company’s flight crews and those of other European airlines.
